Mesothelioma Law Firm
Essay on Mesothelioma Law Firm
For decades, mesothelioma,a life-threatening diseases that can affect the lungs, abdomen, and several other major organs, has been to linked to prolonged exposure to asbestos.Typically, mesothelioma victims were exposed to asbestos while working at a job site that used asbestos-containing materials(ACMs). In many cases, the manufacturers of asbestos and ACMs knew of the hidden dangers and risks of asbestos, yet failed to inform the public,as asbestos was an extremely profitable mineral.Because of the hinderance of information, workers who eligible for financial compensation to cover expenses such as lost wages, medical bills, emotional suffering, physical pain, and more.

If you suffer from an asbestos-related disease, you may be eligible for a large amount of compensation.Currently, there is over $30 billion in asbestos trust funds, set up for those who have been diagnosed with an asbestos-related illness.

What Does a Mesothelioma Law Firm Do?

Mesothelioma law firms are different from any other type of law firms.Whereas other law firms may specialize in specific areas such as car accidents or nursing home abuse, mesothelioma law firms focus primarily on mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. It's not recommended to retain legal representation from a general practice law firm or even a personal injury law firm that specializes in a wide array of injury cases. You will need an attorney who specifically specializes in mesothelioma cases,as those types of lawsuits are extremely intricate and require vast,in-depth understanding of asbestos exposure and diseases.

Attorney in a mesothelioma law firm have the knowledge and experience regarding federal and state laws concerning asbestos use and its history in the work face. They also have sharp investigate skills and are able to dig deep to uncover when and where companies and/or other entities exposed workers to asbestos.Additionally, mesothelioma law firms are comprised to educated attorneys who understand the legal process involving courts, trials, settlements, and appeals.

Moreover,an experienced malignant mesothelioma law firm understands that the victim is already suffering enough because of the medical and financial problems associated with asbestos-related diseases. As a result, the law firm will handle most everything regarding the lawsuit, including fight for the legal rights of the client, interviewing witnesses, obtaining medical history, litigations, and more.

A dedicated mesothelioma law firm also understands the severe emotional impact that living with mesothelioma brings, not only to victims, but to family members and loved ones as well.An experienced mesothelioma law firm takes this into account and helps ease the minds of victims and their loved ones throughout this enduring process.

What to Look for When Hiring an Asbestos Law Firm

Unfortunately, not all mesothelioma law firms are the same. While some may have several years of experience, other law firms are related new to the area of mesothelioma. In addition, some law firms may concentrate on other areas of law besides mesothelioma while other law firm mat solely focus on asbestos cases.

Aside from using your good judgement when determining which law firm you should use, there are several factors you should consider:

 • The law firm should have experience in dealing with mesothelioma cases.
 • The law firm should be extremely knowledgeable in asbestos laws and prior cases.
 • Look for a law firm that focuses solely on asbestos-related cases.
 • Look for law firms with a stellar reputation in handling asbestos cases.
 • The law firm should not only understand asbestos laws, but should also have extensive knowledge of medical problems associated with asbestos diseases.
 • The law firm should always keep you updated on what's going on in your case.Although attorneys are busy people, they should be accessible.
 • You should always get an initial consultation at no charge before deciding on a mesothelioma law firm.

Keep in mind that it' snot recommended to retain a mesothelioma law firm that promises that you will win your case no matter what.Although statistics show that the majority mesothelioma victims do go on to win their lawsuits, there are a variety of factors involved, and no case is guaranteed. An experienced mesothelioma law firm will help you to understand your chances and what is involved, but will never assure that your case is 100% guaranteed.

Making Things Easier

Although leading mesothelioma law firms do the majority of work for your case,it's always a good idea to be prepared and make things easier so that the process gets rolling faster.

First, make sure to gather your medical documents, including when and where you were diagnosed, and bring this information to your initial meeting. This will allow the law firm to determine if your case can be taken on.

Next,be prepared to provide the law firm with your work history and information including the full company name, address, phone number, your job role, and how long you worked there.

Finally, start keeping track of all expenses used pertaining to your disease. For example, always keep a copy of medical bills, hospital visits, mileage used to get to appointments, medical supplies, and anything other expense you paid out due to your illness.

GOOD BYE FOR THE NEXT POST.

Patriotic songs

While the British national anthem "God Save the Queen" and other patriotic songs such as "Rule,Britannia" represent the United Kingdom, each of the four individual countries of the UK also has its own patriotic hymns.Edward Elgar's" Land of Hope and Glory", and William Blakes's poem And did those feet in ancient time set to Hubert Parry's Jersalem", are among England's most patriotic hymns.

Cinema

The UK has had a large impact on modern cinema, producing some of the greatest actors, directors and motion pictures of all times, including Sir Alfred Hitchcock,Charlie Chaplin,David Lean. Two of the biggest actors in the silent era were Charlie Chaplin and Stan Laurel.

Broadcasting

The UK has been at the forefront of developments in film, radio and television.Broadcasting in the UK has historically been dominated by the taxpayer-funded but independently rum British Broadcasting Corporation, although other independent radio and television and satellite broadcasters have become more important in recent years,BBC television, and the other three main television channels are public service broadcasters who, as part of their license allowing them to operate, broadcast a variety of minority interest programming. The BBC and Channel 4 are state-owned, through they operate independently.

Print

Popular British daily national newspapers include: The Times,The Guardian,Daily Mail,The Daily Telegraph,Daily Mirror,Daily Express. The Times is the first newspaper to have borne that name, lending it to numerous other papers around the world, and is the originator of the widely used Times Roman typeface, originally created by Victor Lardent and commissioned by Stanley Morison in 1931.

The United Kingdom was created as an Anglican Christian country and Alglican churches remain the largest faith group in each country of the UK except Scotland where Anglicanism is a tiny minority.Today British Jews number around 300,000 with the UK having the fifth largest Jewish community worldwide.

Fashion

London as one of the world's fourth fashion capitals, is host to the London Fashion Week- one of the 'Big Four' fashion weeks.Organised by the British Fashion Council, the event takes place twice each year, in February and September. The current venue for most of the "on-schedule" events is Somerset House in central London, where a large marquee in the central courtyard hosts a series of catwalk shows by top designers and fashion houses.

National Unity and Strength
Incredible essay for speeches on 14th August
read Essay on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah

National unity is the first and foremost necessity of peaceful and prosperous country. No one can deny the fact that unity is safety.Disunity results in fall of the countries. There are many examples in the history of the world when due to lack of national unity there have been internal as well as external dangers to the security and survival of countries. In our history also,we lost East Pakistan due to lack of national unity.

read Pakistan's Independence Day 14th August

The national situation of national unity is not very bright and encouraging. We are the worst victims of disunity. Our religion gave the message of unity and love to the whole human race but we have turned the tables. We have become totally disunited. We have developed different political groups, caste system and even religious sects. These trends have proved and are still proving to be very costly. We are inwardly as well as outwardly in danger. Our enemies are within and outside the country.Often the newspapers reflect this disunity. We have lost one part of the country. One of our neighbors is a constant danger for us but still we have not learned any lesson from our past mistakes.

read Why I Love Pakistan

There is no doubt that Pakistan is passing through the most critical period of its history. The terrorism, sectarianism, corruption, political unrest and economic crisis are causing a threat to its solidarity. To make Pakistan powerful and prosperous national unity is a must.Only our national unity can promise our safety. Therefore,in order to live a happy and secure life.We should try to uproot all the differences. All the clashes and all the obstacles that are here.On the other hand,Pakistan is an Islamic republic and our religion Islam teaches us unity and co-operation.Islam is a religion of unity and fraternity. So,if we make Pakistan a true Islamic state that will unite us more strongly and more easily than any other way.

read essay on The Importance of History

Here are suggestions to improve national unity

 1. Act upon Islamic rules and make Pakistan an ideal Islamic state.
 2. Media i.i. TV,radio and newspaper should play their vital role in promotion national unity.
 3. Educational system especially syllabus on all levels should be based on national unity.
 4. Students are leaders of future. There should be seminars in educational institutions for improving national unity.
 5. Every citizen should play his part and realize his basic responsibility in serving the nation.

Conclusion

In the end we can say that we do not have ideal national unity. But if both the Government and the public make sincere efforts we can make Pakistan an ideal Islamic State,a powerful and prosperous country and above all a model to be followed and envied by others.

Pakistan and India Relations
Essay for speech on 14th August on Pak-Indo relations
The relations between Pakistan and India have been subject to many strains by numerous political dilemmas in history and currently as well, they include the Partition of British India in 1947,the Kashmir dispute and the many military conflicts which have been fought between the two states. These two states of South Asia share historic, cultural, geographic and economic links but their relationship has been filled with hostility and doubt.

During the times of Independence Jinnah and Gandhi had overheated discussions, moreover around five hundred thousand Muslims and Hindus were murdered in riots following the partition.Millions of Muslims living in India and Hindus and Sikhs living in Pakistan emigrated,it was a massive transmissions of population till today. Both states accused the other of not providing enough security to the minorities that were emigrating, this increased hostility amongst the two new nations.

In terms with the British Plan for Partition, all the princely states had the right to decide which country to join. With an exception of a few, most of the Muslims-majority princely state joined Pakistan, and most of Hindu-majority princely state joined India. But,the decisions of one of the Princely state would shape the relationship between the two countries in the future that lay ahead.

Over all with the British Raj leaving in 1947,two sovereign states were born, the Union of India and the Dominion of Pakistan. This partition from the British displaced around 12.5 million people and there were many losses to lives some say a hundred thousand while others say a million.Pakistan was established as an Islamic Republic and India became a secular nation.

After the Independence,India and Pakistan had formed diplomatic relations but the effects of the fierce partition and territorial conflicts kind of suppressed the diplomatic relationship.Since Partition the two countries have fought three wars with each other, one war was undeclared, they also have been involved in various armed skirmishes and military standstills.Besides the Indo-Pakistan War in 1971 which resulted in the creation of Bangladesh, the conflict with Kashmir has been central to all these wars and issues between the two states.

Steps have been taken many at times to better the relations between the two neighbors these include the Agra Summit,Shimla Summit and the Lahore Summit. After 1980 there was hostility between the two nations mainly because of the Siachen conflict, the worsening of the Kashmir insurgency in 1989,the nuclear tests of India and Pakistan in 1998 and in 1999 the Kargil War.Other confidence building measures such as the 2003 ceasefire and the Delhi Lahore Bus service were victorious in improving relations. However the terrorist attacks that occur have ruined such efforts. The attack on the Indian Parliament in 2001 almost started a nuclear war between the two states. The bombings in 2007 of the Samjhauta express in which 68 people were killed who were mostly Pakistanis. These events have soured the peace talks immensely.

Pakistan's Independence Day 14th August
Topic for speeches on 14th August
14th August may be a pretty normal day for majority of nations in this world but it is perhaps the most important day for the Muslims living in sub-continent as it is the day when they were able to achieve their dream land after a long hard struggle in the form of "Islamic Republic of Pakistan" in 1947.An Independent country where they can live freely according to their religious teachings and cultural values.Pakistan came into existence after a restless and full of sacrifices Pakistan Movement let by All-India Muslim League under the leadership of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The biggest challenge during the freedom movement was to bring all Muslims at one platform and lead them in the direction of one specific goal. This hurdle was overcomed by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah with the help of several visionary colleagues like Allama Iqbal,Muhammad Ali Johar and Sir Syed Ahmed Khan. The name Pakistan was made by combining the separate words "Pak" meaning Pious and "Stan" meaning Homeland.

The Muslims living in Pakistan celebrates this important day with a lot of enthusiasm and rejoice their happiness with friends and families. The independence day is celebrated in various ways at all levels in the country. The main ceremony takes place in the capital of the country Islamabad, where national flag is hoisted at Presidential and Parliament buildings. The national anthem is played live on television nationwide along with speeches by top leaders of the country including President and Prime-Minister.Apart from this, several more Parades, cultural events and flag-raising ceremonies are held in different parts of the country.

People also have their own ways of celebrating the Independence day at individual level.National flags are hoisted at the of houses and on vehicles, children wear white and green dresses to show their love for the country and families visit national monuments like Quaid-e-Azam's Mausoleum,Minar-e-Pakistan and Badshahi Mosque paying tribute to the lost heroes who sacrificed everything for Pakistan.Patriotic songs are played, various Independence day special programs are aired on television and elders tell freedom movement stories to children so that they know how much struggle their forecasters have done to change the dream of Pakistan in reality.

The 14th August has arrived once again so celebrate it with complete passion and patriotism to let the world know that we are still a one strong nation. The nation that our great leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah wanted us to be,the nation that stands together in every difficult moment and the nation who is willing to sacrifice even their lives in order to protect their land from any possible threat.

The Progress of Mankind
Best Essay on Progress of Mankind
The evolution of mankind has been the most developing feature of this world,as we being human beings have always been on the road of progress in all the sections of the life, history stating that the human beings were apes, many of the contradictions on this theory do exists but let us suppose if that would have been true then it means that the progress of the mankind has made its way from an animal to the human beings, but let us stop and think for some while that whether this progress is repeating itself, whether we are shifting back to the animal, the mankind is in a continuous progress but the progress is getting more and more self centered and restricted towards our own soul and body, that has contributed in claiming that human beings are the social animals.

The Progress of Mankind

No doubt our progress has touched the skies if we consider in the areas of education, technology, communication, transportation and many more, but do we have any progress in fact any positive progress in building relationships, feeling for each others, respecting the dignity of others or even protecting the lives, property and self-esteem of the fellow human beings, unfortunately, mankind in these specific sections have demoted themselves and have made the situation even worse than our forefathers and the history of mankind.

The progress of mankind in making the life more easier and comfortable is appreciated as they have evolved to such a generation where everything is possible and this all is being simple due to the progress of mankind, but still in the world we are observing and witnessing that whether is progress is doing any good to the mankind,or it is creating more and more troubles for the unity and the solidarity of the human beings.

United States of America being the most developed country in the world, which has a stable economy and is considered to be the super power which have contributed the most in the progress of mankind, but their actions outside America are producing this hypothesis that they are not making the progress for the mankind but they are working against the progress of mankind and the real time examples are their wars in Iraq,Afghanistan and in Syria. What they are doing,is simply against the interests of the mankind so that is very cruel and bitter fact but can be assumed and evaluated very instantly is that the progress of mankind is making human beings more and more selfish and brutal which is simply against the interest of the mankind,as the people of this world even don't have common interests left anymore.

Tourists
ESSAY ON TOURIST
There are many definitions for the "tourist."The known definition of a tourist is a person that travels for pleasure and is not born in the place they travel to.To some people, the tourists that come to Nantucket may be very annoying, rude, dirty, and smelly and they are not native to the island. While others may think they are nice, friendly, and very generous people that just were not here.I trend to disagree.Just think of the many day-trippers who flock, like seagulls, to the Tavern and don't leave a tip after treating the hardworking waitress in a rude manner, with their screaming kids whining and belching, and the horny husband who pinches her derriere as she walks away.

To back up the definition of the word that I agree with,I have provided some other examples based on occurences I have been involved with or seen.

A tourist,in my opinion,is a person who is very rude, hostile, pushy, urgent, always rushing, and ignorant when it comes to directions and locations.Since tourists are not born and live in the place they are visiting, they cannot see all the landmarks and interesting sites there is to see. They are always rushing to fit as much as they can into one day's events before they go back to where they live. They stop you every few minutes while standing in front of The Hub to ask where Main Street is.This alsi ties into "being rude" because they don't ask in a polite way usually, and they rarely say "Thank You."They can't be bothered with slow people.I worked at D&B Car Wash last summer and I got a lot of rude customers everyday.I would ask them what wash they would like, since we have three kinds, and they would throw the money at me telling me to just give them a wash. They were obviously in a hurry to do something. Most of the time they did not even know how to drive their car in properly, and they would get it stuck, then get upset and start screaming and saying they were going to sue the Car Wash if any damage happened to their car. Then the manager would come out and a whole fiasco would begin.

There are many distinctive features a tourist has or uses that allows others to be able to identify them.Tourists usually carry a camera, binoculars, sunglasses, backpacks, ugly Bermuda shorts, white sunblock on their noses, and funny looking fanny packs that strap around their waist.Tourists always have to be well prepared because they never know what there is to encounter or what they will encounter.Tourists love to be the center of attention, trying to pretend that they are better then everyone else. They like to make big purchases to show off their wealth. It was very interesting, and it had a lot of cool items.I saw this woman in front of me,she was buying almost everything she saw,so it seemed. She browsed the shop for a little while, trying to figure out what antiques she really wanted to buy. Then, she listed the items she absolutely wanted to the cashier, for her to retrieve them.I was in a line for literally an hour.

Basically, tourists are inconsiderate and not very aware of their surroundings so they do things that irritate the local people here. This would be true most anywhere.I guess you notice it more on Nantucket because it is such a small place, and there are so many less people here in the winter.Once the weather starts to get warm, the tourists come out.

Privatization and Nationalization-What to Choose?
Economics related Essay
Privatization or denationalization means selling public assets to individuals or private business interests.Nationalization means the taking over of private assets by the state or government.Wide-scale nationalization started in the country in 1972.Shipping companies, private factories, production centers, educational institutions, hospitals, etc. were nationalized. In 1978, the government started the denationalization program under the guidance of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and US experts.

Western economists claim that "private ownership brings greater efficiency and more rapid growth."According to them, privatization also increases production and lower costs. It promotes economic activity. The individual get interested in earning more through work and investment. The supporters of nationalization say that the government fixes the prices to the benefit of the people. The factories, schools, hospitals, etc. and services owned by the people or the State cannot overcharge for profit. Most organizations like the post office, telephone and railways run for the public good, not for personal benefit. We can see China where most industries, farms and educational institutions are run on socialistic principles.

Our experience in nationalization and privatization is a mixed one.A famous private industrial and mechanical company, called the Beco (Batala Engineering Company) was nationalized in the 1970s.After nationalization,it was the Pso,a failed company, whose products were no more first rate.It began running into losses. However, there were public owned units that were running on profitable basis with encouraging results, for example, the Ptcl,Habib Bank and Pso(Pakistan State Oil). The government-controlled colleges and schools that got autonomy or self-control became highly expensive.Unwanted universities sprang up adding confusion to disorder.

For security and national purposes,we need to have state-run organizations. For example, the State Bank of Pakistan (that controls all bank),the Pakistan Ordnance Factories, the Pakistan Steel Mills and the public hospitals in all big cities should be owned publicly. We must have state-run TV channels, post offices and an airline or two to run or work free of private interference. We know that currency, foreign affairs and defense have to be under the exclusive control of the federal government for purposes of security and secrecy.Likewise, most key industries and institutions have to be under government control. No one can ask for the privatization of military training colleges, seaports and airports.

We should favor privatization when it is to benefit of the people. When different companies compete with each other to produce better goods at cheaper rates, private ownership is acceptable. When there is no need for competition, and the state can produce cheaper gods, government ownership is preferable.

The Olympics
Games related essay
"Olympic" comes from the ancient Greek Olympus or olympia .Mount Olympus was a place where games were played in honor of the Greek god Zeus. The first modern summer Olympic games were played in Athens,Greece in 1896.Women started competing in 1912.

At first, the Olympic games were restricted to running.Later, many new events were added like the long run, boxing, wrestling, the foot race with armor. The winners of the Olympics were crowned and rewarded.Women used to have separate Olympic contests every four years, but with fewer events.

The traditional track and field athletics include the decathlon(100-metre,400-metre and 1500-metre runs) and pentathlon(300-metre freestyle swim,400-metre cross-country run,5000-metre 40-jump horse race, target shooting, etc). Other many games and sports are besides. For example, cycling, swimming, diving, shooting, volleyball, rowing, riding sports, soccer, hockey, weightlifting, boxing, gymnastics, wrestling, and so on.The winter games included ice hockey, skiing and skating.Since 19944,the winter games have been held in even-numbered years in which summer games are not contested.

The Olympic games have definite advantages. They promote a happy competition between different states, and this promotes international standards of games. Each state makes yearlong preparations for the Olympics and its players compete with each other in the best possible ways. This promotes nationalism. That is why the players from individual state take on their national color, and feel that they are playing for their countries.

On the other hand, the participating countries in the Olympic games contribute to international co-operation and goodwill.Representative sportsmen from most countries get together in the host country with the knowledge that they are competing internationally. They play and compete with the feeling that they belong to the world.

Sometimes political considerations affect the sports event.

Commercial interests also play their role when the Olympic games are arranged in the host country. The television network earn huge amounts when they televise the games, and also flash advertisements of commercial organizations. The whole world of newspapers and magazines is in action to report the sports events to earn money and fame. The Olympics of 2008 in China were magnificently impressive and reflective of the greatness of China in their presentation.

The Olympic games bring hopes of success to the competing groups of players.Whatever their performances, they leave the playgrounds and competition fields with the feeling that they did their best after all.

Tourism in Pakistan
Essay on Social Topic
Pakistan is blessed with excellent tourist spots nearly all over the country.Historical places merge into natural sights in a most appealing manner. We have historical sights worth at Banbhor, east of Karachi, with its famous museum.Makli in Sindh has the largest necropolis.Thatta is famous because of Makli.Moenjo-daro in the Indus river valley,Taxila in the north coast of Rawalpindi,Harappa near Sahiwal, the Lahore Fort, the Badshahi Mosque,Jehangir's and Nur Jehan's tombs and the Shalimar Garden sin Lahore are famous historical sights. The Khyber Pass in the Khyber-Pakhtunkwa,through which conquerors from Afghanistan and Iran entered India,is a natural sight that reflects history.Murree,Ayubia,Swat,Kaghan and Naran in the north and Ziarat in Balochistan are fresh and cool like open nature.Kalam and its famous Mahudan lake in the north are paradisiacal in natural beauty.

The Saiful-Maluk Lake is close to Naran. It is the highest lake on earth whose depth is still unknown. The beautiful mountains around it dwarf us in our human existence.

Natural beauty,in all its forms,is offered by the mountainous Khyber-Pakhtukwa,its valleys, lakes and streams.Historical and cultural sites are found in plenty in Sindh and the Punjab.

Tourists, from within the country and abroad, like to visit the northern areas most of all.Their scenic beauty and charm are comparable to the best in the world, say,in Switzerland. The Hunza valley in the north is close to the famous K-2 and Rakaposhi mountains, among the highest peaks.Tourists stay in motels and go on long walks, also attempting mountain climbing. The historical sites and cultural centers like tombs of famous saints and museums also attract a great number. We find Harappa,Moenjo-dara and Taxila, with their meuseums, are crowded most of the visiting time.Tourists also like to listen to the "qawalli" at shrines and tombs, and many take part in the Sufi rock music and singing.

Tourism in the country is managed by the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation. It has its offices in Karachi,Lahore,Islamabad and Abbotabad. It publishes tourism books, pamphlets and pictures of tourist sites. It offers useful advise and guidance to tourists in different languages. It also provides guides to visiting tourists who take them around tourist spots and explain their features.

The terrorist attacks on foreigners, especially from the western countries, has affected the tourism industry very badly. Now Pakistan ranks 103 in 124 countries offering facilities of tourism. The travel and hotel facilities at tourist sites are not very encouraging. Then the general social, political and economic conditions have not been favorable even to the citizens.Sightseeing and tourism in Swat have been seriously affected by the war-like situation.

The people should join the government in its efforts to crush terrorism. The government should improve the law and order situation in all possible ways. Then all sorts of facilities should be provided by the government in hotels and tourist homes.Traveling should be comfortably easy. With all this, there will be an upsurge in tourism. We should have the best international standards of tourism in the country. With this Pakistan will be a first-rate tourism-friendly country.

Global Integration
Economic topic
It is said the the world has become a global village.Fast transportation, telecommunications, radio,TV and the computer have brought the most distanced countries and nations close to each other.Globalization is this coming together of countries in all fields of commercial, industrial and cultural activity.

The developed or advanced countries are getting closer in their own ways. The developing or still underdeveloped countries have not found ways of co-operating fruitfully.

The concept of globalization became popular after the collapse of Communism in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. It is, in effect, the victory of capitalism and means trade without restrictions, free movement of capital and technology and the operation oa a completely free market economy.Strangely, and understandably,it does not sanction free movement of labor, from one country into another.

Globalization aims at opening up new markets and expanding investment. In fact, capital does not flow easily from the developed countries like the US,UK,France,Germany and Japan into our developing countries.Rather, our capital flows to the multinational companies of the developed world in our countries. The multinational companies buy cheap raw material from us at low prices and send it to the developed countries. The developed countries then send back highly expensive finished goods to us.Our labor classes are so illiterate that they cannot work on modern machines to add to production with foreign capital even if it is available.

Globalization can succeed if our working classes are educated and trained with foreign capital. In addition, the money of our feudal lords and capitalists should be used to educate the working classes.

Globalization also means free trade or the lifting of restrictions of duties and taxes on imports and exports. We do not stand to gain much when our goods cannot compete with those of the developed countries. When the good sof the developed countries are allowed free entry here, our people will buy them in preference to our goods. Our goods will not even be exported. This kind of free trade will result in closure of our factories and unemployment of the labor classes.

In fact, the time is not ripe for making free trade internationally operative. This can happen,of course, when the developed countries have spent their capital and efforts on the education and training of the workforce of the undeveloped part of the world.

Pak-Indian Relations
BEST ESSAY
Pakistan and India fought four wars over Kashmir in 1948,1965,1972 and 1999 without any positive results. The Kashmir issue continues to embitter their relations. There can be no true peace between them without the solution of the Kashmir problem.

It appears from the current state of relations between India and Pakistan that India will not withdraw from any part of Kashmir. The US and World powers have failed after the UN's failure,in their efforts to bring about any kind of change in the Indian position.

India started the construction of the Baglihar dam on the Chenab and the Kishan Ganga dam on the Neelam river in Kashmir. She did thi sin violation of the Indus-Water Treaty of 1960 between the two countries. These dams will reduce the flow of water into our rivers.India is not willing to stop their construction, and does not bother to consider Pakistan's legal position. She can start other similar dams on the Indus,Jhelum and Chenab, violating the Indus-Water Treaty, reducing our share further. What kind of friendship can be there between the two countries in this situation? How can the Kashmir issue be resolved when India disregards the Kashmiris as a party together with us?

In 1998,the world had to accept India and Pakistan as atomic powers after their atomic explosions. This was the start of a new phase in their relations. Now,any major military conflict between the two will lead to an atomic war. This understanding deters them from attacking each other.

Now,when a large-scale war between India and Pakistan is not possible, how can Pakistan try to win back Kashmir? All through history ,war has been a means of getting back lost territories from the enemy. The Kargil war, started with this understanding, had to be stopped when the two countries were on the verge of using atomic weapons.

The efforts of the Indian and Pakistanis leaders and people to establish ties of friendship, business and culture look like moonshine in the above background. Is it yet another phase or chapter of deception of peace, after the deception of war and conflict, that we are in?What is it that the people of Pakistan and Kashmir are being led into through the corridors of talks and negotiations? The terrorist attacks on Mumbai in 2008,which India blamed on Pakistan, embittered Indo-Pak relations very much.

South Asia
very informative essay
The great Indian Ocean washes the shores of Pakistan,India,Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Bangladesh.Together with these,Nepal and Bhutan make up much of South Asia.South Asia is truly thickly populated as it has one-fifth of the world's total population.

The Indian sub-continent was vast and had all the world's climates in its different parts, diverse crops, fruits, vegetables, mineral resources, forests, rivers and mountains and a frightening population. Now add to this the resources and work force of Sri Lanka, the Maldives,Bhutan and Nepal. So,we have rice, wheat, cotton, oranges, bananas, fish, iron, silver, gold, uranium, diamonds, oil, gas and many other resources that are needed for all kinds of commercial, industrial and scientific activities.

The varieties of climate in the religion from hot cold and dry to wet give the taste of the entire world topography in the form of mountains, plains, seas and rivers.

Pakistan's position is undoubtedly central to the whole South Asian region as it acts as a bridge between the Middle East and Central Asia. Then,Pakistan itself bridges China and Southwest Asia and West Asia and East Asia as well. So,geographically, commercially, politically and militarily Pakistan occupies a central position in the region. If we consider the sea and land routes, the easy movement of men and goods along the land surface and seacoasts of Pakistan from the eastern countries including India to the western countries including the Iran, the importance of Pakistan can well be imagined.

However,South Asia is in an unhappy state, almost hopelessly caught up in many political and economic problems and evils.

Firstly, the most painful and destructive political problem of Kashmir has continued to poison the relations of the two important countries of the region.India has ,through the last fifty years, kept Kashmir with it forcibly against the will of the Kashmiris. Therefore, the Kashmiris have struggled for freedom and Pakistan and India have fought wars with disastrous consequences.

Secondly, the rise of Hindu extremism, fundamentalism or nationalism or religious intolerance is a constant cause of conflict between the Hindus and Muslims in the country. This conflict resulted in the demolition of the Babri mosque and large-scale disturbances and killing sin India a few years ago.

Thirdly, the internal Tamil uprising in Sri Lanka and unsuccessful efforts of the Indians to help in crushing it have kept the Sri Lankans hanging between bloodshed and false hopes of peace.

Fourthly,a common problem of the smaller South Asian countries is to check the growing desire of India to become a mini-superpower of the region and then to dominate and crush others.

Now is the time, after the nuclear preparations by India and Pakistan on equal levels,to establish a true balance of power, equality, peace, and justice in the whole South Asian region.

The Oil Prices or The Oil Crisis
A SUPERB ESSAY FOR ECONOMICS STUDENTS
Today we are faced with a very serious oil crisis. It will blow up out of all proportion if suitable steps are not taken.A tragic dark cloud looms large over the economic horizon of the country that will send black rain of backwardness and disappointment to the already hopeless population, mostly living in wretched poverty and almost utter degradation.

Oil and gas are used by us to satisfy 70% of our energy needs.China and India use coal for 70% of their energy needs. It is very sad to note that we use coal to generate only one per cent of our energy requirements. And this when we have one of the largest coal reserves in the world.

By the year 2010,the prices of oil on the international market are expected to be around 150 dollars a barrel,up by about 200 per cent or more.Pakistan's entire export earnings of billions will be spent on its oil imports bill.During the last five years, the oil prices inside the country have registered an increase of about 600 per cent. The transportation system had to use the CNG(compressed natural gas),much cheaper though getting more costly with each passing year.

Oil is in short supply as its consumption in the US,Japan,China,India,Western Europe and other parts of the world is increasing fast. The Arab countries,Russia,Britain, etc. raise the oil prices when the weather is too cold or there are disruptions in supply.Countries like ours, which produce very little oil and have to import most that they need, have to pay higher prices.

The taxes on oil and expenses on refineries further raise the price of oil.

Some immediate steps need,to be taken to reduce expenditure on oil imports and to boost production.

Firstly, oil exploration all over the country, especially in the areas producing gas.should be stepped up.Off-shore drilling should be diversified all along the seacoast. The experience of other oil-producing countries can be nade use of in consultation with foreign experts. We possess 27 million barrels of oil reserves out of which only 3% have been used.Of 287 billion cubic feet of gas,15 per cent has been used.

Secondly, alternative sources of energy should be made use of extensively.Following the Brazilian example,we can mix ethanol with petroleum.Charcoal can also be used in place of petrol.

Atomic energy can be used in some form in automobiles, locomotives, planes, and ships. It is already in use in ship engines and for electricity production.

Coal can be used extensively for electricity production.Already,we are busy with developing the Thar coal power projects with Chinese cooperation.

The possibility of producing energy with wind power can also be experimented with.

There is also talk about the use of solar energy through reflector and heat-absorption devices.

Secondly,English is truly the language of science and technology. All the latest inventions and developments in science are to be found well explained in English.Libraries and bookshops are full of valuable textbooks and reference books in English on all the sciences. Then translations of science books in English are continuously pouring in, and are being made available everywhere.

Fashions and the modern youth
FASHIONS AMONG STUDENTS
Students are generally fond of fashions. They try to be as fashionable as possible.

There are different popular fashions among the youth. These fashions are mostly of clothes, shoes, hair and make-up.There are also the "fashions" of walking, talking, laughing or behaving in definite ways. However, all these fashions change with them.Girl swear, long or short shirts and "shalwars" or "saris".They like to wear tight or loose clothes according to the fashion.A number of girl shave their hair cut or specially dressed in fashionable ways.

Boys also try to wear clothes according to the latest fashions. They wear tight or loose pants, shirts having collars and sleeves of one shape or the other and specially sewn coats. They wear shoes with pointed or flat toes. They have their hair cut in the most fashionable ways. Those students who have their faces shaven sometimes begin keeping moustaches. Now the "awami suit" is much in fashion.

New fashions among the students come into being for different reasons.Firstly, rich and well-to-do students generally like to have changes in their fashions of the dress. Some of these students begin wearing clothes in new ways to become prominent.Others also begin copying their new fashions. Thus, fashions are the result of the desire for newness in the ways of wearing different kinds of clothes.Second, students watching films often try to copy the fashions of actors.

Those parents, who are not rich or well-to-do,find it very difficult to provide new fashionable clothes to their children. If students are not so fond of fashions, they can save their parents much worry and trouble.

Fashions can affect our social attitudes for the worse.Fashionable people,at times, begin hating those who are poor and cannot dress themselves in so modern a manner.

In fact, our students should be as simple as possible. They should try to attend to their studies more and to fashions less and make the best use of their time.
